Please message us and include the name of the item in your message. We will discuss personalisation requests and options.
How do I start a commission piece?
Please contact us and include the jewellery type (ring, pendant, earrings, other), metal type (yellow, rose, or white gold or platinum), and your budget in your message. We will then arrange for a consultation meeting to discuss the design.
Can you redesign a sentimental or heirloom piece?
Yes, we specialise in redesigning treasured heirloom jewellery into new pieces that honour their history while giving them fresh purpose. Together, we’ll explore ways to preserve its sentimental elements — such as stones or metal — and craft a design that reflects both its past and your personal style.
Alterations & Repairs
We offer a wide range of repair and alteration support. Even if you have a piece purchased elsewhere and require an alteration, contact us and we can explore the options available.
Terms & Conditions
Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit to begin the commission due to the cost to purchase the gems and metals.
All sales are final due to the bespoke nature of the item.
