1. Bespoke and Commissioned Items


  • All custom, personalized, or commissioned items, including engraved or made-to-order jewelry, are tailored specifically for you.

  • Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable. Payment of a deposit confirms your acceptance of this policy.

  • Once full payment is made, your purchase is considered final.

  • Under EU and Irish consumer law, distance-sale return rights do not apply to personalized or bespoke goods.

2. Standard Products


  • Standard, non-custom items are eligible for review only if they arrive damaged or defective.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
