Frequently asked questions
How do I place an order or commission a piece?
All our jewellery is made to order, so each piece begins with a personal consultation. To start your commission, simply reach out via our contact form to tell us what you’re looking for. We’ll discuss your ideas, materials, and budget, then provide a design proposal and quote before any work begins.
How does the commission process work?
Once we’ve discussed your vision, we’ll create a design and confirm details such as materials, gemstones, and finishes. A deposit is usually required to begin production. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, and when your piece is complete, we’ll arrange safe delivery or collection.
See the About page for more details on the Design Process.
Can you redesign a sentimental or heirloom piece?
Yes, we specialise in redesigning treasured heirloom jewellery into new pieces that honour their history while giving them fresh purpose. Together, we’ll explore ways to preserve its sentimental elements — such as stones or metal — and craft a design that reflects both its past and your personal style.
Design deposits & returns
Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit and cannot be returned once production begins. This is due to the upfront material costs taken by the goldsmith to purchase the fine metal and gems to begin handcrafting your one-of-a-kind piece.
During the design process, we will agree design and price. Paying the deposit occurs after consultation on design, and once paid production begins.
